Our mission is to streamline the process of submitting forms and documentation for the populations and stakeholders being served by governmental bodies and enable standardized data workflows within a single administrative repository for their staff members.
Firm History
Osmium Data is a partnership between two firms with extensive skills and experience in county government information architecture, data management, and workflow implementation, as well as website design, accessibility compliance, and user training: Sunstrata and Goyak Internet Solutions.
Our principals and project staff have existing and long-standing relationships with numerous county governments and other county-level organizations – establishing Osmium Data is a formalization of our commitment to this sector.
Data Ownership
Osmium Data clients always maintain full ownership and control of their data. We never share client data without the expressed permission of the owner client, and ensure that clients have on-demand, direct, and full access to their data all the way down to the database table level.
The Osmium Data project team has extensive experience handling sensitive data and customizing hosting environments to ensure its safekeeping during collection and storage, as well as through to end-user reporting. We are end-to-end providers that take each project from conception, design, and development through testing, training, deployment, and support using a single team to maximize shared knowledge and focus.

While Osmium Data leverages modern AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency and code quality, we never expose client data to any AI system. All proprietary information, project details, and sensitive assets remain strictly protected within secure, non‑AI‑accessible environments, ensuring complete confidentiality and compliance with the highest standards of data privacy.
