Greene County Human Services is a Block Grant funded county. One of our Block Grant Priorities was the development of a database system for each Block Grant Category. This database system has been developed to better track individuals served in each category. This database has become a central hub, enabling us to click a button to get data, which saves us significant time. At any time we can call on Matthew if issues arise and get a response immediately. This data management system has brought us into a new age.

We are a public funding agency with reporting requirements from many grantees with various IT skill levels. This project assisted us in moving from a completely paper environment to an online platform that is friendly to all of the users. Attention to detail and understanding what you really need is what separates them from the pack. In addition to excellent technical skills, They are keenly aware of how humans interact with technology and helps its clients think about questions and problems that may arise.

Our program is highly regulated and includes very technical reporting requirements that change frequently. We were able to drastically improve our processes with this customized, user-friendly system that stores data and pulls custom reports on demand. The system is simple enough that program staff of all IT skill levels are able to easily navigate, add data, and pull reports. These improvements reduce the time it takes to complete reporting and allow us to maintain data in an organized and secure space. They are consistently available to troubleshoot any issues and assist in both development of new tools as well as continuous improvement initiatives related to current tools. They have developed how-to guides and provided web-based training when new tools are implemented to ensure all users are capable and comfortable. Their focus on customer satisfaction shows in the ease of use and quality of the products.

Our organization is dedicated to improving health, preventing disease, and promoting wellness, working throughout a 28-county region to administer a number of critical health and nutrition programs. This is achieved by the administration of multiple government contracts, each having their own unique data needs and requirements. Matt and Ken’s attention to understanding our business needs and processes has been essential to developing a set of functional and scalable systems to manage this data as well as automating complex, time consuming, and manual processes.
